Donald Handeland is a dedicated civil engineer and lifelong Alaskan running for the Anchorage Assembly to represent Eagle River, Chugiak, and JBER. He has years of experience improving Alaska’s infrastructure, from highways and airports to clean water systems and tribal transportation. Donald understands how innovative design and strong leadership can shape stronger communities. He’s not a politician; he’s a problem-solver ready to put his technical expertise and community-first mindset to work for the people of Eagle River, Chugiak, and JBER.
